Axle Flip on the Swift

After scraping the trailer a few times last year we decided to get the “axle flip” mod done.  I thought about doing this on my own but figured it was more than I wanted to bite off.  They dont really flip the axle but they move the leaf springs from connecting under the axle to connection on top of the axle.  This resulted in a 5 inch boost for us.

As the first season winds to a close we found ourselves yearning for one last trip.  As the mountains are cold, we figured we cloud try out Antelope Island State Park.  We decided to take the dogs with us and we headed north.  Once we arrived we quickly got camp setup and started to explore the area.  The dogs were acting a bit funny but we assumed that was probably because there were bison on the hill above our camp.
